A HOUSE OF LIES

     And God said, the imagination of man's heart is evil from his heart.  (Genesis 8:21)
     In previous blogs, we have discussed the evil of man as well as the origination of all evil. 
    We have also discussed the imagination of man and of how man can produce many good things with his imagination, but also how man can produce evil with his imagination.
     Also, we have discussed how religion came out of the imagination of man, how man writes dogmas and doctrines of his religion out of his imagination, which includes the imagination of a place man calls heaven.  We added that this heaven is not God's heaven, but it is a heaven of his own making created in his imagination. 
     Then we said that man in his religion recruited converts to believe in his religion and to accept his way to get to this heaven; for if you take man's religion and sprinkle a little bit of God in it, and if you sprinkle a little bit of Christ in it, and if you spinkle a little bit of the Word of God in it, man can persuade others to accept his religion and have them believing they will go to heaven when they die because the people are believing that they are going to God's heaven even though they are also taught that they can bypass Christ and get there through some other teaching technique even though their church or religion is attached to the word Christian. 
   Therefore, this heaven of God is not God's heaven, but it is a work out of the imagination of false prophets, and the converts are being deceived, and when they die God's heaven will not be there, and neither will the heaven of their imaginations!
    To say all of that is to say this:  People do not like to be lied to.  Parents do not like for their children to lie them.  Employers do not like for employees to lie to them.  People want to know the truth.
     But look what happens.  If we tell you that your religion is lying to you, you get mad at us.  If we tell you that your ministers or priests are false prophets and are teaching you lies, you get mad at us.  You do not like for people to speak against your religion because to you your religion is truth.  To you, your ministers or priests are, in fact, your gods because your faith is in them, in their words and actions, and not in God. 
     Whereas, if you were a student of the Word of God, you would know the truth because the Word of God is the knowledge of God.  But because you have neglected the Word of God, you do not have the knowledge, and all you have are the lies of your religion and you are believing these lies as if they are truth, and therefore you do not believe that your minister or priest is a liar. Your mind has been filled with the words of religion, perhaps since your youth, and you are living those words because you were trained to believe in this way.
     If you recall the movie, Wizard of Oz, you will remember how the movie opened in black and white, then it switched to brilliant, bright colors, but then it ended in black and white.
     Without Christ, you are living in darkness, you are imagining a heaven in brilliant, bright colors, and when you die you will awaken in a place of darkness. 
     False prophets in your religion are leading you down the Yellow Brick Road to see Oz, and the Oz is Satan!  Do you see that?
    So then to say that religion is a house of lies is to agree with God:  the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth.
