CHARACTERISTICS OF SEXUAL ABUSE:
Nightmares and sleeping problems, including bed-wetting.
Becoming withdrawn, or clingy, and unusually secretive.
Sudden personality changes such as mood swings, insecurity, outbursts of anger.
A child with an outgoing personality suddenly loses his or her liveliness.
Fear of particular places or people.
When a child suddenly wears a sad face as if he is wearing a mask.
Not wanting to be alone with another child, young person, or adult.
A young teen can run away from home, or even turn to prostitution.
They feel worthless and useless as if they are disposable.
Self-inflicted wounds, drug addictions, and even suicide.
