GRAZING IN THE DARKNESS

If we know no more than we knew yesterday,
will tomorrow be any different than today?

This world operates like a gambling casino.   Professional sports is fixed, government is fixed, and religion is fixed.  The deck is stacked, the cards are marked, and the tables are tilted.  And Satan is dealing.
In casinos, there are no clocks or windows, and the light is artificial.
How many scenes in movies are filmed in the darkness of night?
How many television programs are filmed in the darkness of night?
Rock music concerts are staged in the darkness of night.
More people go to bars in the darkness of night.
Drug deals are made in the darkness of night.
Human traffickers move people in the darkness of night.
Important sporting events are played under artificial light in the darkness of night.
In the darkness of night, our eyes focus on things we can see with available light and our vision narrows.
Just because we do not see Satan does not mean that he is not there, for Satan is:   the prince of darkness, or the prince of the power of the air (Ephesians 2: 2)
Satan's kingdom is darkness:  he owns the night.
When the sun goes down, evil arises.
When people gather in darkness, Satan is there.
When people gather behind closed doors in secret meetings in secret places, Satan is there.
Satan's people are children of darkness, for this is when they come out to play.
For example, the Super Bowl halftime show is a musical extravaganza for the children of the goat.  They understand the story that is being told while the rest of us gasp over a terrific light show in the darkness of night.
According to GoatWorld, "It is believed that goats have excellent night vision and will often browse at night."
Did your parents ever tell you to be home before dark?  Wise parents know that trouble will find their children out in the darkness.  Unwise parents, however, have no sense of danger when they allow their children to play in the darkness.
Thus we can understand why goat people go grazing in the darkness, for they have a craving for those things not seen in the light.
Goats feast on yesterday's leftovers.  Goat people, therefore, do not know the difference between fresh barley and stale oats.
For this reason, the devil does not want people to learn anything new.  He wants people to live in the present, repeating the same habits, playing in the darkness, and with no knowledge about the future, thereby keeping the knowledge of Christ from becoming the knowledge of people, which is the same as keeping the minds of people blinded from the light of Christ.
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:  in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them that believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.  (Second Corinthians 4: 3-4)
