Had Christ remained dead, there would have never been false disciples, false apostles, false ministers, false priests, nor false churches teaching false doctrines. But because Christ did, in fact, arise from death, the Age of Antichrist arose upon the earth.
Had Christ remained dead, the apostles, disciples, and followers of Christ would have never been persecuted and killed.
Had Christ remained dead, pagan priests in Rome would have never disguised themselves to be ministers of Christ, they would have never invented the false church of Rome, and Christianity would have never become the state religion of the Roman Empire.
Had Christ remained dead, the Lord's birth and death would have never been written in the New Testament of the Holy Bible.
But because Christ did, in fact, arise from death, the Age of Antichrist arose upon the earth.
Would people impersonate a dead man for nearly two thousand years if they honestly believed he was dead?
Of course not!
But this is precisely the ministry of false priests and false churches for nearly two thousand years: to impersonate a man, whom they know is alive, but in order to deceive people from believing in Christ, they pretend to represent Christ, and they offer false salvation.
These false ministers and false priests are servants of Satan. And just as Satan is the master of deception, the devil's ministers and priests are also masters of deception: for they are children of the devil!
On the contrary, however, these workers of iniquity know that Jesus is alive as well as know that Jesus is the Son of God. They know that Jesus is alive because Satan knows that Jesus is alive.
Their secret, however, is that they do not want people to know that they know that Jesus is alive.
For if they did not believe that Jesus is alive, there would be no reason to impersonate the Lord! This is the reason they are wolves in sheep's clothing as well as hypocrites and vipers.
The antichrist movement actually began before the crucifixion of Jesus in Jerusalem when certain Jews met in secrecy to conspire to kill Jesus. They recruited Judas Iscariot to help them in their cause, and then they persuaded Pontius Pilate to agree with them and to order the cruicifixion of Jesus.
After the Day of Pentecost, the age of antichrist continued as wicked men sought to close the mouths of people from talking about Christ; for if they could kill all of Christ's messengers, then the message of Jesus would disappear.
Why, then, do people become ministers of Satan? Because they love this world and the things of this world and they hate Christ. They know that Christ alive, they know that Christ is salvation, but because they love this world, they turn their faces against Christ and become warriors against people.
They become ministers of Satan because the devil is rewarding them for their labor, for their devotion, and for their worship. Just as the devil rewarded Judas Iscariot with money, the devil is rewarding false ministers and priests with money, with prestige, and with power.
And because of their power to deceive, they convince people that salvation is in religion, in false churches, and in the priesthood of religion and false churches---and not in Christ.
As the false ministers and priests are the leaders in this age of antichrist, the people of religion and false churches also become antichrists: because of their acceptance of false doctrines, they turn their faces from Christ and are followers of Satan: just as their leaders follow Satan, and just as Judas Iscariot followed Satan.
The age of antichrist is the doctrine of Witchcraft!
Over the past two thousand years, the ministers and priests of Witchcraft have been posing themselves to be ministers and priests of Christ in false churches in order to prepare the world to believe in a false Christ who will appear on the earth as the false Messiah, and this man will be the Antichrist. He will be a man who looks and sounds like a Messiah. He will perform miracles. This man Antichrist will be Satan incarnate! He will be a man possessed with Satan: just as Judas Iscariot became possessed with Satan. And this man Antichrist will order his ministers and priests to kill people just as Satan ordered his evil workers in Jerusalem to kill Jesus!
No wonder Witchcraft is the fastest growing religion in the United States and around the world! Witchcraft is taking many prisoners for Satan as more and more people turn their faces away from Christ and follow Satan. For the people who do this are like Judas Iscariot and Pontius Pilate. They love this world, they are being rewarded by Satan in this world system, and they hate Christ.
If our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (II Corinthians 4: 4)
