PROFIT LOST

Jesus said, For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?  Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?  (Mark 8: 36, 37).

Judas Iscariot sold his soul to the devil for thirty pieces of silver.  For a few hours, he was wealthy; then he committed suicide by hanging himself.  What did Judas profit?
Judas is not remembered for the money he never spent, but he is remembered for his betrayal of the Son of God.
As stated before, Jesus did not come to earth to launch a new religion; therefore, Judas did not betray religion:  he betrayed Christ.  And Judas did not turn away from religion:  he turned away from Christ.  Consequently, Judas chose evil over good; for Judas did not lose his religion:  he lost his soul to the devil.
Satan is the god of deception, and his ministers are master deceivers:  just as they offered Judas thirty pieces of silver, they offer people many bribes to keep their faces turned away from Christ.
As it is written, He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.  For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (I John 3: 8)
False prophets, false ministers, and false priests are just like Judas Iscariot:  they know that Jesus is the Son of God, but they operate in false churches to present false doctrines in order to deceive people from knowing Christ:  and the devil rewards them for their labor with money out of tithes and offerings.
Likewise, when people resist Christ, they are like Judas Iscariot.  They have chosen religion instead of Christ, and they have chosen evil instead of good because religion is the house of Satan.
False churches produce false salvation.  Knowing this, what will people give for a dose of false salvation?  They give their lives, they give their souls, as they also sacrifice the lives and souls of their children.
False churches are spiritual clinics, where people get in line to receive their doses of false salvation from false priests, who dispense false doctrines that deceive people to surrender and then to participate in pagan rites and rituals.  This is the spiritual treatment plan of Witchcraft that keeps people innoculated throughout their lifetimes.
In exchange for their souls, people are rewarded for their behaviour and for their devotion to their religion:  with money, with power and privilege, with education, with sex and drugs, and with any other benefit that arrives at their cabin door.
For one, more money in careers that reward them for their talents, education, dedication, and labor, and with career advancements and benefits packages.  Just as Satan rewarded Judas Iscariot with money, the devil rewards people of religion all over the world with the money of this world:  or with strict poverty for punishment.
Secondly, false churches teach people to focus on self---after which they sharpen their self-image, and then they groom themselves in self-love, self-attention, self-gratification, self-accomplishments, self-philosophies.  How do I look?  Do others think I'm important?  What do others see when they see me?  Do eyes turn to me when I walk in a room?  Just as Judas Iscariot focused on himself, people do likewise when they sell their souls to the devil.  What's in it for me?  What do I get out of it?
Thus, people of false churches become professional hypocrites.  Like father, like son; like mother, like the daughter; and like the priests, like the people.
Out of Witchcraft comes the reward of money, sex, drugs, fame, fortune, attention.  And the people of false churches see their priests as gods:   bowing to them and kissing their rings.  For if a man can turn ordinary water to holy water, he must be a god!  If a man can forgive sins, he must be a god!  How much, then, will people give to be blessed by their unholy men?
For 2000 years, false churches have been leading people away from God by hiding the face of Christ in an unholy mixture of religion, and by offering false salvation:  and people have been buying the program based on sights and sounds, instead of accepting Christ by faith.
Consequently, when people resist Christ for salvation, they are like Judas Iscariot:  they do not lose their religion when they die; they lose their souls to the devil.  And all of their profit is lost at the door of death.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God.  (Ephesians 2: 8)
