And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. (Revelation 2: 13)
The church in Pergamos held two doctrines: the doctrine of Balaam and the doctrine of the Nicolaitans.
First, the doctrine of Balaam: to seduce God's people into a false worship, teaching people that God would punish them, which produced a guilt complex in people, whereby people would feel guilty all the days of their lives: living in fear that God will continually punish them.
Secondly, the doctrine of the Nicolaitans: power was taken from the people and replaced with a centralized government, managed by an order of bishops. Churches were no longer independent, but were now controlled by bishops, councils, synods, and by the devil himself. Thus, Christianity was now dictated by a religious ruling authority, which meant that the church of Christ was no longer a church by the people, but rather that people would be ruled by a church; and Christianity, which became the State Religion of the Roman Empire under Constantine the Great, became a religious empire to control and dominate the lives of people throughout the provinces of the Roman Empire, and people would become slaves to Rome's centralized religious government.
Satan is the head of man's religious movement.
Satan's throne is on the earth.
More specifically, Satan's throne is in the religion of witchcraft, which began in ancient Babylon, and which was mixed with Christain beliefs by pagan priests and became a new religion: a religion that would seduce people to believe that they had to submit to the new church in Rome in order to be true Christians.
This new church was raised as Fake Christianity, which was designed to appear to be a Christian church, though it was a mixture of Christian beliefs and the Satanic rites and rituals of witchcraft, which was force-fed in the minds of converts, who were blackmailed to submit their will to the bishops, or face persecution, punishment, and even death. And people became hostages, or prisoners for Satan, and families have sacrificed their children to follow this wicked religion, even to this present day---while believing in their minds that they are doing the right thing.
Satan's throne has never moved: it has always been the seat of witchcraft, and witchcraft is the religion of Babylon. As such, Satan's messengers and ministers have taken witchcraft all over the world, so that Babylon's outreach program circles the globe.
Witchcraft is frightening, but its ministers and messengers have no fear. They are proud of their religion, arrogant, rejoice in evil, for they have crossed the line of no return. To them, Christ is the enemy, and they mock the Holy Bible. To them, Satan is their god---and they know it! They want Satan to rule the world, sitting on his throne as the Head of the Church of Witchcraft, which is Babylon, and Babylon is Rome. And in the last days, Satan will do that.
Christ, however, will have the last word; for upon the return of the Lord, He will destroy Satan and abolish Babylon: and evil will be no more.
Today, you are invited to read the last book of the Holy Bible, The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
