We can put masks over our faces, then transform our personalities and become the face of the mask.
In real life, our faces naturally conform to match our personalities.
If our personalities and our faces do not match, however, then we are wearing false faces: for our faces is a picture---or a reflected image---of our personalities: or the identity we are presenting ourselves to be.
If, for example, you consider me to be your friend today, but by tomorrow you treat me like I am stranger, what happened to your face since yesterday?
Since yesterday, not only did your transform your face, but you also transformed your personality: and today you will not even speak to me!
But if I purposely transform my personality, then I must also purposely transform my personality to match my mask.
Jesus said, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, yet inwardly they are ravening wolves."
Therefore, in order to trick people, the faces of false prophets become false as they mask their true identity: at the same time, false prophets transform their personalities to match their false faces.
Not only do false prophets wear false faces, but they also wear false clothing. Because their faces, their personalities, and their clothing are all false, then their words will also be false.
"For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. There it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works." (2nd Corinthians 11: 13-15)
How, then, are we to know false prophets?
Watch them. Study their faces and study their personalities.
More than this, follow the money and see where it goes; for the job of false prophets is to misrepresent Christ. This is their work, this is their labor, and they expect to be paid for services rendered.
In conclusion, we should therefore be able to see and understand that some people are capable of wearing masks all the days of their lives, and we will never know their true identity.
