AND GOD SAID

Did you know that God created words?
Did you also know that God created languages?
And did you know that God spoke the universe into existence?
All that we see in the universe today had its origin in the mind of God, and all He did was speak His mind and the universe became a physical reality in the world in which we live and see with our own eyes.
If you think about it, spoken words are invisible.  Yet we can speak the invisible words of our minds and others will hear from us in a language they can understand.  How, then, would we communicate with others if we did not know words and languages?
In the first chapter of the book of Genesis, God provided the facts of His creation from the invisible words of His mind to written words in a language that we can understand.  Is there any question why the Bible has been translated to more languages than any book in all of human history?  God wanted this to happen that people all over the world may know Him by the power of His words.  So that as we read the words of God on paper, we are reading the mind of God!  In the same way, when you read a letter from a friend, you are reading words that were created out of the mind of your friend!
The words of God's creation are these, written for us in Genesis:
God said, Let there be light.  And there was light.
God said, Let there be a firmament...  And there was a firmament.
God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together in one place.  And it was so.
God said, Let the earth bring forth grass...  And grass appeared.
God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven...  And the sun, moon, planets, and stars appeared.
God said, Let us make man in our own image.  And Adam became a living, breathing creation, formed by God out of dirt.
These were the six days of creation, spoken from the mind of God.
Did you know that NASA's Ames Research Center confirmed that every element in man can be found in the soil?
Jesus said, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  (John 3:16).
God loves us, and He wants us to be in heaven with Him when we die.  If not, He would have never told us.
So then, are you going to believe in the words of God, or are you going to believe in the words of men?
God said, believe it, and that settles it.  What are you waiting for?
