Sol Invictus means "Invincible Sun" and it was the official sun god of the later Roman Empire, and the date, December 25th for Christmas, was selected to correspond with the Roman festival of Dies Natalis Solis Invicti, or, "Birthday of Sol Invictus", the birthday of the sun god, which means that Christ has been reduced to a sun god by the leaders of pagan religions.
Global religions, throughout human history, have had and continue to have a parade of names given to the sun as a god and they worship the sun: Amateraus, Arinna, Apollo, Freyr, Helios, Huitzilopochti, Inti, Liza, Lugh, Re (Ra), Shemesh, Sol, Surya, Tonatiuh, Utu, and Sol Invictus.
Even today and throughout the world there are many people who are sun worshippers, and they have sunrise services every week on Sunday.
Now look at Sol Invictus: the rise of cults.
Cults are organizations that have a religious veneration, or worship, of people that are considered to be gods, especially those who create new movements of beliefs that are thought to be supernatural. Cult leaders have a preoccupation with money and with new members. They are always trying to recruit new members because they desire more money. Cult leaders such as:
Joseph Smith: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons).
Sun Myung Moon: Unification Church.
David Koresh: Branch Davidians.
Victor Paul Wierwille: The Way International.
L. Ron Hubbard: Church of Scientology
Jim Jones: Peoples Temple.
Cult leaders are charismatic, persuasive, and each claims to be a god, or an angel, or a messenger of God and he gradually becomes the center of worship. The leader gets his way, no matter who he tramples, including government authorities. Cult leaders also dictate how members think and act.
The two largest cults in the world today are Islam and the Roman Catholic Church, for Islamics worship Mohammed and Catholics worship the pope.
The Bible gives us a warning about Satan's work, for it is written: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: (I Peter 5:8)
Thus we can clearly see that cult leaders are as little Satans, as roaring lions, walking to and fro upon the earth, seeking whom they may devour: to rob people of salvation in Christ, for this is the total purpose of sol invictus: people posing themselves to be as Christ, or as God, and establishing religions as churches in order to steal souls for Satan.
Jesus said there would be many antichrists as well as many false prophets, and their goal is to turn the attention of people away from Christ as well as to make it appear that Christ is no more than a sun god.
Remember, too, that Karl Marx said religion is the opium of people, and if you can control the religion you can control the world. Religion, therefore, is a spiritual drug, creating a spiritual addiction. People get addicted to the drug of religion and they also get addicted to cult leaders, or the sol invictus.
Above this, remember that the cults do not believe in the Holy Bible, and the Holy Bible, to them, is an unacceptable book on the reading lists for their members.
Above and beyond the names of cults and cult leaders, please remember that they have no love. Their hearts are cold as stones and their souls are black with evil. They are the children of Satan, and their total purpose is to win souls away from Christ and for their god, Lucifer. They are wicked people wearing various uniforms, including priestly garments. They want you, they want your children, and they want your money.
Now is the time to run to Christ. Not only will the Lord save you from your sins, but your flee to Christ will also get you out of cults before the cults get you.
As it is written of Christ in the Holy Bible:
the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (I John 3:8)
