Without God, I would have never been born.
Without God, I would have never had a mother and a father, brothers and sisters, uncles, aunts, and cousins, and neither a wife with children and grandchildren.
Without God, I would have never been a living soul, dwelling in a human body.
I would have never been loved, liked, or disliked had it not been for God.
I would have never known the light of day, the darkness of night, happiness or sadness.
I would have never heard the wonderful sounds of music, the chirping of birds, or the voices of children playing, and the laughter of happy people.
Without God, I would have never tasted the delightful delicacies at the kitchen table, the aroma of fresh-baked bread, nor home-made icecream on a hot summer's day.
Without God, I would have never known about God; neither would I have known about His only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Without God, this blog would have never been written; and without God, you would not be reading today's story about God.
Think about God today: and be prepared for some wonderful events to happen in your life.

GOLF LESSONS
Golf lessons will work if you work the lessons. If you are not going to work the lessons, do not waste your money and do not waste the time of a golf pro or coach: you are only kidding yourself. And if you attempt to play golf without knowing the fundamentals, you are playing make-believe golf and you are in a world of fantasy.
In 2009, at the age of 62, I took lessons from a man who told me that the two most important elements to becoming a good golfer is the right grip and the right swing; and he said if I will learn the right grip and the right swing, followed by work and practice, in time I could become a good golfer.
Here in southern Illinois where I play golf, the course is nine holes, par 35; and this morning I scored two bogeys, two birdies, and five pars for a total score of 35---par for the course! And I am now 65 years old.

My goal today (as it is every day) is to make a good swing with every swing I take; and today I was able to make good swings all across the course.

AN INVISIBLE WALL
Even though you can be a Christian with your faith in Jesus Christ, and with your faith in God, and with your faith in the Word of God, how do you respond to negative situations in your personal life?
How do you respond to rejection by family members when all you are trying to do is to do the right thing?
How do you respond to negative criticism by people who have been friends with you for years and even for decades when they suddenly find fault with you when all you are trying to do is to do the right thing?
When you stand up for truth, how many people stand up with you in your belief?
It is easy to say "let go and let God," but that is not easy to do.
The question that arises is this: What do people do with truth? How do they react or respond to truth?
The truth of the matter is this: Many people do not want to know the truth. They want to continue to have life as they are living instead of going through the agony of making a change. They want life to continue in their own way and they are not interested in any opinion other than their own.
Therefore, it is me with a problem, not them. It is me who has become an enemy, not them.
Christ was rejected because He is truth, and, because He is truth, He became the enemy and the problem. And people believed that killing Christ would eliminate the enemy and the problem.
As Christians standing for truth, we become enemies of people, even among our own families and among friends. They find fault with us. They shoot us in the back with poison arrows. They want us to continue living and believing as they believe. They criticise and condemn us. They want us to return to their camp and not be so serious about Christ, about God, and about the Holy Bible.
Even though we can know this as believers, having to live in these circumstances is not easy. As stated, it is is easy to say "let go and let God," but this is not easy to do. And reaching for an answer is not easy, either, and an invisible wall exists between us and people we know.

IN THE PROCESS OF TIME
What do you believe and why do you believe it?
If you say you do not believe in God, you will: all in the process of time.
If you say you do not believe in the words of the Holy Bible, you will: all in the process of time.
If you say you do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will: all in the process of time.
In the process of time, you will believe that the world will see a global government.
In the process of time, you will believe in a world dictator.
In the process of time, you will believe in a global government and with a global dictator known as Antichrist.
In the process of time, you will believe in earthquakes of massive destruction, massive eruptions of volcanoes, and tidal waves larger than any generation of people has ever witnessed in all of human history.
The world is not paying attention to changes that will change the global environment, in changes that will change the way the world is governed, and in changes that will result in the worship of one person on the face of the earth.
People of the world are preoccupied with their individual worlds of existence and not paying attention to changes that are about to change their individual worlds; for in slow and in subtle ways, evil people throughout the world are changing the way we perceive the world to be.
By manipulation and by deception, the spiders are weaving their webs around people and people do not see the spiders. People do not see the snares that people have set to trap us and to move us along in the same direction.
The world we live in only appears to be the world we see.
At present, we are waiting for a shoe to drop, and the shoe that drops will be a global castastrophy: out of which Marshall Law will imposed in the United States as well as in nations around the world.
This catastrophy could be a global economic meltdown, it could be a series of global earthquakes with massive destruction, or a series of global volcanic eruptions, and global tsunamis. It could also be the assassination of a powerful political figure. And it could also be a nuclear war. Either way, a sudden change is coming to the entire world and the entire global arena will suddenly change. This change will also be scary and terrifying. People will feel hopeless and helpless, for their world will suddenly turn upside down.
If you say you do not believe in all of these future facts, you will: in the process of time.
The Word of the Lord has never been wrong and the future the Word of God has written will be absolutely correct and on time according to the timetable the Lord has written.
You can believe in Christ today and not experience the wrath of God that is coming in the near future. People are praying that you will make this decision today. Please do not wait and please do not linger.

WHAT HAPPENED, AMERICA?
Whatever happened to the good ol' days?
There was a time in the United States when people were honest with themselves, honest with their neighbors, and honest in keeping scores of sporting events.
There was a time in the United States when children obeyed their parents, when children obeyed their teachers at school, and when children respected their elders, teachers, police officers, and ministers.
There was a time in the United States when men would not speak words of profanity in the presence of women, children, elders, policemen and ministers.
There was a time in the United States when people rarely, if ever, profaned the name of God in public places, or would curse the name of Christ.
There was a time in the United States when people did not work on Sundays, and there were also people who did not go to church, but they would not even mow their grass on Sundays.
There was a time in the United States when businesses closed on Sundays and when pharmacies were open briefly, but only for emergency prescriptions.
There was a time in the United States when the America flag did not remain on the pole during rain or over night in darkness.
There was a time in the United States when children cared for their parents and grandparents until their deaths instead of taking them to assisted living facilities for them to live in loneliness and to die alone.
There was a time in the United States when gentlemen stood when ladies entered a room, or when men tipped their hats to ladies in public places.
There was a time when the United States was a shining light in a world of darkness and people from around the world yearned to come to the light to be free.
There was a time in the United States when we had a government by the people, and now the government has become a god and people are submissive to the god of government.
There was a time in the United States when people would not dare speak against the Holy Bible---even people who never read it.
Whatever happened to the United States? What went wrong?
What would our forefathers and foremothers think of the United States today if they could come back from the grave?
Would they ask: Where is God? Where is Christ? Where is the Holy Bible? And what happened to all that we gave you?

A FALLEN STAR
Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. (Ezekiel 28: 14-19)
How are thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. (Isaiah 14:12-15)
Satan has been in heaven. He knows that God is real, that Christ is real, and that the Word of God is truth.
Because of his power of deception, Satan has deceived millions of people to believe that God is not real, that Christ is not real, and that the Holy Bible is not real.
Satan has convinced people to believe in themselves, to believe in the words of people, to believe in books written by people, and to believe the lies that man has created in religion, which is against God, against Christ, and against the Holy Bible.
When Christ returns, not only will the Lord bring an end to human history, but He will also judge Satan and end the devil's reign as the god of this world system in which we live.

ALL IN A NAME
Whenever people hear your name, what do you suppose they think about you, or how do they react?
Whenever you hear the name of a person you know, what do you think or how do you react to that name?
When you were in school, what was the name of the class clown? Remember him?
What about the name of the beauty queen, the girl every boy wanted to walk with to the lunchroom?
What about the boy who dropped out of school in the ninth grade, but went on to become a millionaire. Do you remember his name?
Then there was the super silent kid who never talked, never smiled, never hung out with the boys or dated girls. Do you have any memory of him or his name?
What about the girl who was always on the goofy side, always talking, had difficulty paying attention to anything anybody else had to say? Did you know she went on to earn a doctorate in psychology, has authored thirty books, and has a successful radio talk show?
What about you? What is your story from school days? What would others say about you from that era of your life?
You are your name and your name is you. Everything about you is in your name. And unless you have had a major transformation, or a life changing experience, you are probably the same person that you were a year ago, five years ago, or even twenty, thirty, or forty years ago.
People remember you for the way you were. Is the way you were the way you are today?
Whenever people see you coming, what do you suppose they are thinking about you? Do they want you to stay and have a cup of coffee with them, or do they give you the cold shoulder, hoping that you will go somewhere else as soon as possible?
How do you treat others? And how do others treat you? Do you delight in mixing with others, or are you the happiest when you are alone and busy with your personal projects away from people?
Moving to a different arena, what is the first thought you have whenever you hear the name of Jesus? Surely you have heard about Him, haven't you? What does that name mean to you?
The name of Jesus is the most recognized name in human history over the past two thousand years. There is something about that name that is different from all names on planet earth. What is that difference exactly? What have you heard about the name of Jesus?
Before Jesus was born to Mary, an angel said unto Joseph: And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Luke wrote in the book of Acts: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Paul the apostle wrote: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Isaiah the prophet said, his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
John said of Jesus, he is Lord of lords, and King of kings.
The name of Jesus is the most important name you will ever hear. His name is the most powerful name you will ever hear. He created the universe and He also created you. And your future beyond the grave is in His hands and in His name.
One question, however, remains: is the name of Jesus in you? Have you trusted in this name for yourself and for your future?
This fact remains, too: you will never get away from the name of Jesus. That name will be in your mind for the rest of your life on earth, and this name will be in your mind for all eternity beyond the grave. And you can be with Him for all eternity by simply accepting His name.
