SWEET BEULAH LAND

One of the most beloved singers and songwriters of Christian music, over the past forty years, is Squire Parsons.
To learn more about him, including his biography and song list, please visit his website at www.squireparsons.com
In the video below, Squire sings Sweet Beulah Land, which is one of the most popular songs of Christian music over the past one hundred years.  The song was written by Edgar Page Stites, 1836-1921, whose inspiration came from Isaiah 62: 4.
"Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate:  but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah:  for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married."
