POLITICAL PARASITES

   Let us not be deceived:
               Politicians are wealthy people!
For example, Hillary Clinton told us that she and Bill were financially broke when they left the White House---and how they had to sell one of their mansions just to pay their taxes.
   Isn't that a sad story?
Today, however, the Clintons are two of the wealthiest individuals in the United States and within the Democrat Party.
My, my.  Their economic recovery program appears to have worked very well.  And where have they made the money to accumulate their wealth?
   In politics!
There is something about politics that politicians like, something they enjoy, and something where they can amass fortunes---without having to actually work for a living!  They are, in a way, the same as nails without heads.  Which is why, once in, they want to stay in.  They like the salaries they receive, they like the idea that they can vote pay increases for themselves, they like their mansions, and they like the plate of lifetime financial benefits they are entitled to by becoming civil servants in their sacrificial service for their country.
Doesn't that sound noble and kind from loving hearts for the people of the United States?
   Touching.  Very touching.
   Are you feeling the touch?
The majority of U.S. politicians in Washington are, in fact, MILLIONAIRIES.  Some have even climbed the ladder to become BILLIONAIRES.
That's not too shabby for civil servants in their sacrificial service for their country, is it?
Such people are no more than political parasites.  They like living off tax payers.  They like living off the fat of the land.  They like living as drones in the beehive without having to actually work for their wages.
Let us be reminded that it is these rich people that do not want the American people to be rich.
Does that sound much like hypocrisy?
   Of course it is!
But not according to the politicians:  for they have the power to speak from both sides of their mouths.  From one side they speak against capitalism and from the other side they tell us we can live the American Dream.  Their behavior, however, demonstrates Socialism:  that they can have it all, but not us:  that we are not to participate in that part of the American Dream that includes money because the money---belongs to them!
Governments of other nations are just as guilty as the U.S. government, for all government leaders and politicians worldwide are wealthy people.  They like it that way because the rich govern the poor, and they want the poor to remain poor by persuading the poor to keep relying on government to take care of them, to provide for their needs, to comfort them in their pain and sorrow, and to keep believing that government is the same as their mother.
   Remember Jesus of Nazareth?
Jesus was a poor person from a poor family.  He had no money, he had no wealth, he had no fame.  He had a simple message about the love of God.  But the religious heads and political chiefs had no interest in Jesus because they had no interest in the love of God.  Their interest was in their money, in their power, and in their fame.  They believed if they could kill Jesus this story about the love of God would simply go away and vanish.
But the story of Christ and the love of God did not go away, did it?  The story is still being preached, but not by many people today, and certainly not by governments and politicians, for their hearts are the same as the hearts of the men that killed Jesus---cold and corrupted.
The political cycle we are now experiencing in the United States is more than the election of another President.  The future freedom of this nation is in the balance.  If we, therefore, elect another President that is against God, this nation will crumble and fall because we have been deceived by political parasites much too long, and everything we have built across America is now on a shaky foundation.
More than this, if the freedom of this nation falls, freedom will fall all over the world because other nations depend on us to protect them with our military capability.
At this point in time, however, all we can do is pray that God's will be done---in heaven as it is on earth---because only God knows the history of the future.
Will we, therefore, choose to lean on God, or will we choose to lean on politicians?
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3: 5-6)
