Religion is a world of fantasy and make-believe. It is an illusion, not a stairway to heaven. Its priests have the power to cast spells in the minds of its converts, and parents are willing to sacrifice their babies and young children in the name of a god that does not exist.
Have you ever studied the history of Nimrod and the tower of Babel? It was there where infants were baptized by pagan priests before they were burned to death on a sacrificial altar to the sun god.
Not much has changed in religion since the days Nimrod and the tower of Babel, for people still sacrifice their infants in the name of the sun god: from Babylon, to Egypt, to Greece, to Rome, and to this day. For the sun god still reigns supreme in the world of religion, being transformed by pagan priests to fit within Christianity in order to deceive masses.
Religion builds imaginary gods in the minds of people and people will worship and fear them even though they do not exist. People will also worship the priests who serve imaginary gods, giving them their money as well surrendering unto them their children.
If people would only look behind the curtain before they leap.
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (2 Corinthians 11: 13)
